Return Policy (Items Not as Described Only)
We accept returns only if an item is received in a condition that is not as described in the product listing. Because many of our items are collectible, vintage, or one‑of‑a‑kind, all sales are otherwise final.
Eligible Returns
A return may be approved if the item meets one of the following conditions:
- The item has undisclosed damage or defects
- The item is significantly different from the written description
- The wrong item was shipped
Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental orders
- Condition issues that were clearly shown or described in the listing
- Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
How to Request a Return
If you believe your item was not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the discrepancy
We will review your request and respond promptly.
Return Approval
If your return is approved:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
- A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected
Final Sale Items
All items are considered final sale unless they qualify under the “Not as Described” criteria above.
